A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FACTOR OF 3% FOR LOSS IN
COLLECTION FOR THE 1995 PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS SERIES 1989, SERIES 1991, SERIES 1992,
SERIES 1993, SERIES 1994
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the County Clerks of Cook & DuPage Counties, are
hereby authorized and directed to apply a factor of 3% for loss in
collection for 1995 property taxes to be extended for General Obligation
Bonds for the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the County Clerks of Cook
and DuPage Counties, Illinois, prior to December 26, 1995 .
Section 3. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this resolution in pamphlet form.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
