A RESOLUTION APPROVING SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL
FACILITY REVENUE BONDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF
GROOT INDUSTRIES, INC. PROJECT SERIES 1995
WHEREAS, a public hearing after due public notice was held by the
President and Board of Trustees of Elk Grove Village on December 12,
1995 with respect to the following bond issue:
$14,000,000
City of Chicago, Illinois
Solid Waste Disposal Facility Revenue Bonds
(Groot Industries, Inc, Project) Series 1995
WHEREAS, after invitation of public comments, the President and
Board of Trustees wishes to grant host community approval pursuant to
Section 5f.103-2(c) (3) of the Treasury Regulations under the Internal
Revenue Code of the above-described bond issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby grant host community approval
to the aforesaid bond issue.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
