A RESOLUTION RELEASING LETTER OF CREDIT NO. 6556S ACCEPTED BY
RES. NO. 60-90 AND ACCEPT CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL AND INITIAL
ACCEPTANCE; DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE; MAINTENANCE BOND IN
THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 EXPIRING SEPTEMBER 14, 1995 GUARANTEEING
MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR ANNA'S SUBDIVISION/701
LANDMEIER ROAD (EDITAL CORPORATION)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
I l I inois: .
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the release of Letter of Credit No. 6556S accepted by Resolution
No. 60-90 in the amount of $27,592.00 guaranteeing the completion and
interim maintenance of public improvements.
Section 2: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept
a Certificate of Approval and Initial Acceptance, Deed of Conveyance/Bill
of Sale, and Maintenance Bond No. 142346 in the amount of $10,000 expiring
September 14, 1995 guaranteeing the maintenance of public improvements as
described in the Engineering plans and specifications prepared by Norman J.
Toberman & Associates for Anna Subdivision (Lot #I) located at 701
Landmeier Road, Elk Grove Village.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
