A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MINIMUM FEE
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois.
Section 1: MINIMUM PERMIT FEE. The applicant for a building
permit for any new construction, remodeling, repair, or for the
construction of a detached structure shall pay a minimum building
permit fee in the amount of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
