A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED
AS OAKTON OFFICE BUILDING SUBDIVISION (845 OAKTON)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Final Plat of
Subdivision identified as Oakton Office Building Subdivision being a
Subdivision of the North 494.0 Feet of that Part of the East Half of the
Northwest of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying East of the West 523.60
feet thereof, (except that part taken or used for Oakton Street) in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said Plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a
copy of said Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 23rd day of June 1992.
