A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE CLERK, DEPUTY CLERK,
VILLAGE MANAGER AND VILLAGE TREASURER TO HAVE ACCESS TO
THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX MAINTAINED BY THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE AT THE NBD ELK GROVE BANK: AND THAT TWO
(2) OF THOSE DESIGNATED PERSONS NEED BE PRESENT TO OPEN
SAID BOX
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Village Manager,
and Village Treasurer are hereby authorized access to the Safety Deposit
Box at N.B.D. Elk Grove Bank.
Section 2: That two (2) of those designated persons, shall be
required to open said box.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 3 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 2 PASS: 1
