(LUNT ELMHURST ROAD RELIEF STORM SEWER) WHEREAS, the Developer, American Drug Stores, Inc. has submitted a Bill of Sale to the Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and fully complied with all provisions of any and all Ordinances pertaining; and WHEREAS, the Developer has satisfactorily submitted all necessary items as required by the Village and has submitted required Record Engineering Drawings. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a Bill of Sale and Certificate of Approval and Initial Acceptance from American Drug Stores, Inc. on the "Project" known as Elmhurst Road Relief Storm Sewer and described on the Record Engineering Drawings prepared by Lindley & Sons, Inc. , 9200 South Kingery Road, Hinsdale, 11 6052106848 dated August 19, 1991 which plans are incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
