HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 64-92 - 10/27/1992 - DEED OF CONVEY/BILL OF SALE ACCEPTED RESOLUTION NO. 64-92 A RESOLUTION RELEASING LETTERS OF CREDIT NO. 1053 AND 1054 ACCEPTED BY RES. 27-88 & 26-88 AND ACCEPTING DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE FROM SHENANDOAH SUBDIVISION PHASES 1 , IIA, IIB AND IIC NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois: Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize the release of Letters of Credit No. 1053 and 1054 previously accepted by Resolution Nos. 27-88 and 26-88 from Itasca Bank & Trust to guarantee completion of public improvements in Shenandoah Subdivision Phases I, IIA, IIB, and IIC and accept Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale and Certificate of Approval and Initial Acceptance from Shenandoah-Elk Grove on the project known as Shenandoah-Elk Grove and described on the "as built" engineering plans prepared by Elk Grove Engineering Company, 860 Lively Blvd. , Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007 dated June 16, 1978 which plans are incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 27th day of October 1992.
