A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED LOCATIJNS FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF A WATERMAIN AND FIRE HYDRANTS
FOR THE ELBETHEL CHRISTIAN CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1: That the location of the watermain and fire
hydrant described in Paragraph 8 of the Annexation Agreement between
the Village and Elbethel Christian Center are hereby revised and
amended so that same shall be located as indicated on the revised Site
Plan attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 24th day of November 1992.
