A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
TRAFFIC SIGN UPGRADE PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the village of Elk Grove Village ,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows :
Section 1: That the Village President and Board of
Trustees acknowledges receipt of a Highway Safety Grant of
Federal Funds provided by the National Highway Traffic
Safety Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation and
administered by the Illinois Department of Transportation,
Division of Traffic Safety.
Section 2 : That the Village President and Board of
Trustees accepts the completed project which upgraded 2 , 094
warning and regulatory traffic signs throughout the Village
with the assistance of $80 , 544. 18 of Federal Funds.
Section 3 : That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
