A RESOLUTION AMENDING RES. NO. 13-89, AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND THE ILLINOIS DEPART-
MENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FULL
INTERCHANGE AT I-290 AND BIESTERFIELD ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That Resolution No. 13-89, page 7 of the agreement,
where it states that the State Share is 50% and Elk Grove Village Share is
50% be and the same is hereby amended to read, "STATE SHARE 75% and ELK
GROVE VILLAGE SHARE 25%". (The State of Illinois will bill the Village of
Elk Grove for 25% of the maintenance charges for the intersection of IL 53
(Biesterfield) @ IL 53 (Rohlwing Road) on a three month basis. The Village
of Elk Grove Will remain responsible for 100% of the Electrical Energy
charges.)
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
