Laura to reach out to EMG. Laura will be in contact with Steve post discussing. 2. Banners —1 on each side of cube (4), 1 on each side of float (2) ii. Trustee float— PW Building 1. Banners —1 on each side of float with Trustees names on it iii. Drumline — PW Mayor will now ride on this with Johnson family. Will no longer ride on the back of the PW pickup truck. Laura to make banner 1. Pulled out and drumline will no longer needed 2. Is there someone else we can put on the float? Pull empty? Or do not have in the parade? c. Entries / Groups i. Applications Pending 1. Tebela Shrine Air Squadron — pending - $550 Yes — ONLY if they can guarantee 6 people. If not, then no. Reject. ii. New - Additional fees pending as of 8-10-23 $3,650 1. Postcard / poster i. 11 x17 flyers for the community —Parade 1. What is distribution plan? LSJ will find and print old distribution list complete 8/28 ii. 8.5 x 5.5 postcard mailed out to residents & businesses — Parade / Oktoberfest. Sent to printers. Will arrive in houses August 29.
