A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY
AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OFFICIALS AS SIGNATORIES
FOR THE (ILLINOIS PUBLIC TREASURERS' INVESTMENT POOL)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the best interest of
the Village of Elk Grove Village would be served by participating
in the Illinois Public Treasurers' Investment Pool (IPTIP), as a
designated depository and custodian in which certain funds of the
Village of Elk Grove Village may be deposited or securities held
in a custodial account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Agreements contained in the attached
exhibit (A) are hereby approved and the exhibit is to be
considered a part of this resolution as though the Agreements
were incorporated herein.
Section 2: That the following officials or employees are
designated to execute and confirm electronic wire transfers:
Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting
Manager.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
