A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
WAGE REOPENER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
AND THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE LABOR COUNCIL/ELK GROVE
VILLAGE LODGE NO. 35, AS PART OF THE CURRENT COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING LABOR AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village Manager be and is hereby authorized to
implement the attached wage rate structure identified as:
"POLICE OFFICER STEP PAY PLAN WAGE RATE STRUCTURE
EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 1990."
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to attest said document upon the
signature of the Village Manager.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
