A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED
AS FAIRWAY RESUBDIVISION (Rohlwing & Nerge Rd. )
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Final Plat of
Subdivision identified as Fairway Resubdivision being a Resubdivision of
Lot 1 in Ford City Bank Subdivision together with Lot 1 in Rohlwing Grove
Unit No. 2, being a subdivision of Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section
31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said Plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a
copy of said Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 14th day of August 1990.
