A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED CONVEYING TO THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE A VACANT PARCEL LYING
SOUTHWEST OF LOT 2998 IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 9 SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows :
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
accept a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the Village of Elk Grove
Village a vacant parcel lying Southwest of Lot 2998 in Elk Grove
Village Section 9 Subdivision, and legally described as follows :
That part of the West half of Section 33, Township 41
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
bounded and described as follows : Beginning at the
Southwesterly corner of Lot 2997 in Elk Grove Village
Section 9 being a Subdivision in said Section 33, thence
Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot
2997 to the Southwesterly line of Lot 2998 in said Elk
Grove Village Section 9 , thence Northwesterly along the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 2998 to the most Westerly
corner of said Lot 2998, thence Southwesterly along the
Northwesterly line of Lot 2998 extended a distance of
50 . 25 feet to a point of curve, thence Southerly along
a curve, concave Easterly and having a radius of 500 . 00
feet, a distance of 74 . 16 feet more or less to its in-
tersection with the Southwesterly line of Lot 2997 afore-
said extended, thence Southeasterly lying along said
Southwesterly line extended 332 . 65 feet more or less to
the place of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.

Section 2: That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the recording of said Deed and to remove said pro-
perty from the tax rolls.
Section 3 : That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
