RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATENESS
FOR CLASS 6B (OR 6A) STATUS PURSUANT TO THE
COOK COUNTY REAL PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION ORDINANCE
AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1990
FOR CERTAIN REAL ESTATE OWNED BY
Messers Ronald Rutkowski and Joseph Sieracki as beneficiaries to
Land Trust #95-001042 Northern Trust Bank/Lake Forest
LOCATED AT 2220 Estes Avenue , Elk Grove Villiage, Illinois
WHEREAS , the Village of Elk Grove desires to promote the
development of industry in the Village of Elk Grove ; and
WHEREAS , the Cook County Assessor is operating under an
ordinance enacted by the Cook County Board of Commissioners , and
amended from time to time , the most recent amendment becoming
effective as of January 1 , 1990 , which has instituted a program
to encourage industrial and commercial development in Cook County
known as the Cook County Real Property Classification Ordinance ;
and
WHEREAS , Messers Ronald Rutkowski and Joseph Sieracki as
beneficiaries to Land Trust 195-001042 Northern Trust Bank/Lake
Foresthave applied for or is applying for Class 6B (or in the
alternative, Class 6A) property status pursuant to said
aforementioned ordinance , for certain real estate located at 2220
Estes Avenue , in the Village of Elk Grove , Cook County , Illinois,
with the Property Index Number(s ) 08-35-200-030-0000, and legally
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto , and has proven to this
Board that such incentive provided for in said ordinance is
necessary for development to occur on this specific real estate;
now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF Elk Grove , ILLINOIS , as follows :
1 . That the request of Messers Ronald Rutkowski and Joseph
Sieracki as beneficiaries to Land Trust 195-001042 Northern Trust
Bank/Lake Forest to have certain real estate located at 2220
Estes Avenue, Elk Grove Villiage , Cook County , Illinois legally
described on exhibit "A" , attached hereto , and with the Property
Index Number (s) 08-35-200-030-0000, Volume 050 _ , declared
eligible for Class 6B (or in the alternative , Class 6A) status
pursuant to the Cook County Real Property Classification
Ordinance , as amended January 1 , 1990 , is hereby granted in that
this Board and municipality recognizes that the incentive
benefits provided for in said ordinance are necessary for
development of this real estate to occur.
2 . That the Village hereby supports and consents to said
site to receive Class 6B (or in the alternative , Class 6A) status
from the Cook County Assessor pursuant to said ordinance.
3 . That the Mayor and Clerk or other appropriate Village
officials are hereby authorized to sign any necessary documents
to implement this resolution .
4 . That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
