HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 80-90 - 11/27/1990 - STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT/SIDEWALK RESOLUTION NO. 80-90 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT TO INSTALL PUBLIC SIDEWALKS BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND WARNER-LAMBERT COMPANY (1350 Estes) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of Illinois: Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept the attached document marked: "Statement of Commitment to Install Public Sidewalks" (Busse Road and Touhy Avenue Frontages) a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 27th day of November , 1990. Should the Village of Elk Grove award a contract for the sidewalk and/or storm sewer construction, we agree to pay our pro-rata share of the cost. I understand that the sidewalk construction waiver and the "Statement of Commitment to Construct Public Sidewalk" will be recorded in the County Clerk' s office by the Village of Elk Grove Village and the cost thereof is the responsibility of the applicant.
