NO. 4930328-01 IN THE AMOUNT OF $57,515.00 EXPIRING JUNE 1,
1991 GUARANTEEING MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR CENTEX
SECTION 26 (FOX RUN)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the release of Subdivision Bond, No. 49303 accepted by Resolution
No. 91-84 in the amount of $575,150.00, and accept a Certificate of
Approval and Initial Acceptance, Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale, and
Maintenance Bond No. 4930328-01 in the amount of $57,515.00 expiring June
1 , 1990, amended to expire June 1, 1991 guaranteeing the maintenance of
public improvements as described on the "As-Built" Engineering Plans
prepared by Henderson and Bodwell , 124 W. Diversey, Elmhurst, I1 60126 for
Centex Section 26/Fox Run Townhomes.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
