HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 36-89 - 6/27/1989 - CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY/OUTLOT ARESOLUTION NO. 36-89 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED CONVEYING TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE OUTLOT A IN STAPES SUBDIVISION (Nerge Road and Cutter Lane) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois as follows: Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept a Special Warranty Deed, conveying to the Village of Elk Grove Village Outlot A in Stapes (Windemere) Subdivision and legally described as follows: Outlot A in Stapes Subdivision, being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Town- ship 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2. That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to cause the recording of said Deed and to remove said property from the tax rolls. Section 3.
