HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 3832 - 9/26/2023 - 1041 BONAVENTURE VARIATION, FENCES, RICHARD KIMBALLORDINANCE NO.3832 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 7B-3-4(A) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE LOCATION OF FENCES IN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1041 BONAVENTURE DRIVE (RICHARD KIMBALL) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law, considered the question of granting a variation of Section 7B-3-4(A) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a four (4') foot high, open type, wrought iron type fence to be located around the perimeter of the north parking lot of the building ahead of the front building setback line in the required front yard of property located at 1041 Bonaventure Drive, Elk Grove Village, and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 7B-3-4(A) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of a four foot (4') foot high, open type, wrought iron type fence to be located around the perimeter of the north parking lot of the building ahead of the front building setback line in the required front yard of property located at 1041 Bonaventure Drive, Elk Grove Village and identified by property index number 08-31-400-041-0000. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
