A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT
TO INSTALL PUBLIC SIDEWALKS BETWEEN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND PRE FINISH METALS
(2111 PRATT BLVD.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept the attached document marked:
"Statement of Commitment to Install
Public Sidewalks"
a copy of which is attached hereto and made of part hereof as
if fully set forth.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage approval according to law.

STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
Lot 5 (except the W 865.0 feet thereof) in Centex Industrial Park, being a
subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the 3rd P.M.
and that part of the W. 865 ft. of said Lot 5, described as follows:
Beginning at the S.E. corner of said W. 865 feet of Lot 5; thence N. along the
E. line of said W. 865 ft. of Lot 5, 10.0 ft.; thence S.W.LY 70.75 ft. more or
less to a point on the S. line of Lot 5, 70.0 ft. W. of the place of

beginning, also
The W. 50.98 ft. of Lot 9 in Centex Industrial Park, Unit 2, being a
subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, all in Cook County, Illinois.
from the Village of Elk Grove Village. We agree to construct all storm sewers
and appurtenances required for the pbulic sidewalk construction and will secure
all the necessary permits for the construction.
Should the Village of Elk Grove Village award a contract for the sidewalk and/or
storm sewer construction, we agree to pay our pro -rata share of the cost.
If property ownership is to be transferred prior to the construction of a public
sidewalk and/or storm sewer, we agree to require the new owner to execute a
"Statement of Commitment to Install Public Sidewalk" satisfactory to the Village
of Elk Grove Village prior to the transfer of ownership.
I understand that the sidewalk construction waiver and the "Statement of Commit-
ment to Construct Public Sidewalk" will be recorded in the County Clerk's office
by the Village of Elk Grove Village and the cost thereof is the responsibility
of the applicant.
