• Invited Back
o Dundee Scottish Pipe Band
o Fairytale Characters (4)

o The Patriots – Home School Band
o Suburban Towing – not as loud.
o Clean Up Give Back – donation of $250 will be made if poss.
• Not Invited Back
o Celebration Brass – Move a different direction
o Jesse White Tumblers – didn’t do anything???
o Medinah Shrine Pipe Band
o Chicago Wolves
b. What went well & should be continued?
• Increased of golf carts worked well (8 carts)
c. What can be improved &/or changed?
• Check in – Lines (1) checkin lane (1) drop off lane
• Spray paint numbers in the middle of street so groups can see
d. Staff / personnel day of distribution?
• Everyone seemed to have been in places what was productive
e. Do we need to send thank you notes to anyone?
• Clean up give back donation $250
