A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT ON
LOT 139 IN STAPE'S SUBDIVISION (WINDEMERE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given to a Plat of Easement
for underground public utilities, drainage and cable television along
the westerly five (5) feet of Lot 139 in Stape's Subdivision
(Windemere) being a subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North,
Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attached thereto the Corporate Seal.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
