1. CALL TO ORDER —10:12 AM
PRESENT: Mayor Craig B. Johnson, Joseph D. Bush, Jeffrey C. Franke, Kathryn A. Jarosch,
Tammy K. Miller, Christine K. Prochno, Stephen F. Schmidt
ABSENT: None
A Quorum was present.
Also Present: Village Manager Matthew J. Roan, Village Attorney George B. Knickerbocker,
and Deputy Clerk Jennifer Mahon
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

a. Consideration to adopt Ordinance No. 3838 amending Chapter 16 Public Sleeping
Accommodations of Title 3 of the Village code by placing restrictions on hotels, motels and
public accommodation housing.
