A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
LOTS A AND B IN PARRVIEW HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
TO THE ELK GROVE PARK DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village is the legal
owners of Lots A and B in the Parkview Heights Subdivision,
a Subdivision located within the Village of Elk Grove Village;
and
WHEREAS, said property was deeded to the Village of Elk
Grove Village in anticipation of a conveyance by the Village
to the Park District so that said property may hereafter be
used for Park purposes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPag6, Illinois as follows :
Section 1: That the Village President and Village Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed
between the Village of Elk Grove Village and the Elk Grove Park
District thereby conveying Lots A and B in Parkview Heights
Subdivision to the Elk Grove Park District, the full legal descrip-
tion of said property being more fully set forth on the Quit
Claim Deed, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2 : That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval as is provided
by law.
