A RESOLUTION RELEASING SIX SUBDIVISION BONDS AND ONE MAIN-
TENANCE BOND FROM SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY GUARANTEEING
WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY CENTEX HOMES IN SECTION 23A; SECTION
23B; SECTION 23B RESUBDIVISION NO. 1; SECTION 23B RESUBDIVI-
SION NO. 2; SECTION 23B RESUBDIVISION NO. 3; SECTION 24 AND
SECTION 25
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the release of Subdivision Bond No. 2776415 in the amount of
$171,000 previously accepted by Resolution No. 33-85; Subdivision Bond No.
2881701 in the amount of $1,414,128 previously accepted by Resolution No.
24-84; Subdivision Bond No. 4684859 in the amount of $185,000 previously
accepted by Resolution No. 17-84; Subdivision Bond No. 4684895 in the
amount of $921,000 previously accepted by Resolution No. 53-84; Subdivision
Bond No. 4928268 in the amount of $219,350 previously accepted by
Resolution No. 68-85; Maintenance Bond No. 2985317 in the amount of $57,192
previously accepted by Resolution No. 43-80 and Subdivision Bond No.
4686100 in the amount of $812,000 previously accepted by Resolution No.
82-83 from Safeco Insurance Comany guaranteeing work performed by Centex
Homes in Section 23A; Section 23B; Section 23B, Resubdivision No. 1;
Section 23B, Resubdivision No. 2; Section 23B, Resubdivision No. 3; Section
24 and Section 25.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
