A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98-85 BY GRANTING
A TWO YEAR EXTENSION OF THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
(SBL & ASSOCIATES)
WHEREAS, SBL has petitioned the Village for an extension of its
Development Schedule as set forth on its Site Plan previously approved
by Resolution No. 98-85; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, find and believe that the granting of said
extension as requested is in the best interests of the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No.. 98-85 be amended by granting a
two year extension to the Development Schedule set forth in Section
2 of said Resolution, so that the Development Schedule for Parcel
2 be and the same is hereby extended to November 1, 1989.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.

ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 10th day of November 1987.
