HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 3844 - 1/9/2024 - 1651 LIVELY BLVD, SPECIAL USE 1651 LIVELY LLCORDINANCE NO.3844 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO 1651 LIVELY LLC TO OPERATE A MARTIAL ARTS STUDIO IN THE 1-2 ZONING DISTRICT ON A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1651 LIVELY BLVD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, at a public meeting, duly called and held according to law, considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit to 1651 Lively LLC to operate a Martial Arts studio in the I-2 zoning district; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having reviewed the findings and recommendations of the Plan Commission, find and believe that granting the Special Use Permit is in the best interest of the Village. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to 1651 Lively LLC to operate a martial arts studio in the I-2 zoning district on a portion of property located at 1651 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, subject to the condition that the Special Use Permit is valid for 1651 Lively LLC and any successor in interest provided that the Special Use shall expire if the studio ceases operation at that location. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
