HIGGINS ROAD, 2777 E. HIGGINS ROAD, 1675 ELMHURST ROAD, 2696 COYLE AVENUE, 2635 GREENLEAF AVENUE, 1551 ELMHURST ROAD, 3170 COYLE AVENUE AND EASEMENT IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village desires to promote the development of industry in the Village of Elk Grove; and WHEREAS, the Cook County Assessor is operating under an ordinance enacted by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, and amended from time to time, the most recent amendment becoming effective as of July 27, 2018, which has instituted a program to encourage industrial and commercial development in Cook County known as the Cook County Real Property Classification Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Petitioner has applied for or is applying for Class 6B property status pursuant to said aforementioned ordinance for certain real estate located at 1421 Elmhurst Road, 1711 Elmhurst Road, 3170 Coyle Avenue, 2705 Coyle Avenue, 1700 Carmen Drive, 1628 Carmen Drive, 1658 Carmen Drive, 1566 Carmen Drive, 1473 Elmhurst Road, 1525 Elmhurst Road, 1558 Greenleaf Avenue, 1507 Carmen Drive, 3170 Carmen Drive, 1511 Carmen Drive, 3170 Carmen Drive, 2869 E. Higgins Road, 2777 E.
