d. Golf carts – Brian can you place order? (8) 4 passenger carts Brian will place order
e. 2024 will rework the staging area for the Presbyterian church
III. Applications / Entries
a. EGHS - Will be in the 2024 parade - $1,500
b. CHS - Has been contacted twice
c. Clydesdales – Have been contacted several times
d. Balloons – Coordinators will review options. Potentially have 3 balloons (Oktoberfest & 2 others)
e. All 2023 entries will be emailed once application is live
i. Application will be posted once theme is approved.
f. Oscar Meyer Wiener Mobile – Laura submitted application 2/6
g. Steve following up with several bands
IV. Sponsors
a. Letters are aimed to be sent out first week in March
i. All 2022 & 2023 Sponsors – one letter
ii. All other businesses – one letter
