A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT
TO INSTALL PUBLIC SIDEWALKS BETWEEN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND DRAPER s KRAMER- RBC
TECH. CENTER (NE CORNER OF BUSSE RD. E JARVIS AVE.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept the attached document marked:
"Statement of Commitment to Install
Public Sidewalks"
a copy of which is attached hereto and made of part hereof as
if fully set forth.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage approval according to law.

Dear Ray:
Consistent with our conversation, you are requested to
temporarily waive all requirements to install a sidewalk and/or
associated sewers or culverts along the Busse Road Frontage of
the referenced project.
If the Village subsequently enacts a comprehensive sidewalk
plan regarding Busse Road, we intend to fully cooperate with the
Village regarding the plan. However, we reserve the right to
appeal to the Village Trustees the effect of the application of
the plan to the project property if we feel that it is inappropriate
or causes us undue hardship.
If we subsequently sell the project property, we shall impose
on our purchaser our obligations concerning the sidewalk plan.
As always, if I may be of any further assistance, please do
not hesitate to call.
