A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT
TO INSTALL PUBLIC SIDEWALKS BETWEEN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND AAR CORPORATION, 1111
NICHOLAS BOULEVARD, ELY. GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept the attached document marked:
"Statement of Commitment to Install
Public Sidewalks"
a copy of which is attached hereto and made of part hereof as
if fully set forth.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage approval according to law.

STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT
TO
CONSTRUCT PUBLIC SIDEWALK
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY:
Lot 1 (except the north 90.14 feet thereof) in Centex, Industrial
Park North Unit 1, being a Subdivision in Section 26, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian according to
Plat thereof registered in the Office of the Registrar of Titles of
Cook County, Illinois, on June 3, 1965, as Document No..2212289.
AAR CORP. agrees to construct
Corporation
public sidewalk along the Landmeier frontage of the above-described property
in the Village of Elk Grove Village immediately upon receiving notice to do so
from the Village of Elk Grove Village. We agree to construct all storm sewers
and appurtenances required for the public sidewalk construction and will secure
all the necessary permits for the construction.
Should the Village of Elk Grove Village award a contract for the sidewalk
and/or storm sewer construction, we agree to pay our pro -rata share of the cost.
If property ownership is to be transferred prior to the construction of a
public sidewalk and/or storm sewer, we agree that the said transfer shall require
the transferee to assume the obligation of Owner (Applicant) described in the
Statement of Commitment.
I understand that the sidewalk construction waiver and the "Statement of
Commitment to Construct Public Sidewalk" will be recorded in the County Clerk's
office by the Village of Elk Grove Village and the cost thereof is the responsib-
ility of the applicant.
