NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept
a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the Village of Elk Grove Village for a
park site/detention basin, Outlot A in Shenandoah Subdivision and legally
described as follows:
Outlot A in Shenandoah Subdivision, being a Subdivision
in the South East Quarter of the South West Quarter of
Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third
Principal Meridan, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois on
August 31, 1978, as Document No. 24608335, in Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the recording of said Deed and to rerove said property from the
tax rolls.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

THIS INDENTURE, Made z 26TH day of NOVEMBE R A. D. 19 84 between
LA SALLE NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association, Chicago, Illinois, as Trustee under the
provisions of a Deed or Deeds in Trust, duly recorded and delivered to said Bank in pursuance of a trust
agreement dated 16TH day of AUGUST 19 82 , and known as Trust
Number 105184 , party of the first part, and VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
part y of the second part.

recorded in the Recorder's Officer of Cook County, Illinois
on August 31, 1978, as Document No. 24608335, in Cook
County, Illinois.
together with the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto said part y of the second part as aforesaid and
to the proper use, benefit and behoof of said part y of the second part forever.
This Deed is executed pursuant to and in the exercise of the power and authority granted to and
vested in said Trustee by the terms of said Deed or Deeds in Trust delivered to said Trustee in pursuance
of the trust agreement above mentioned. This Deed is made subject to the lien of every Trust Deed
or Mortgage (if any there be) of record in said county affecting the said real estate or any part thereof
given to secure the payment of money and remaining unreleased at the date of the delivery hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said party of the first part has caused its corporate seal to be hereto
affixed, and has caused its name to be signed to these presents by its Assistant Vice President and
attested by its Assistant Secretary, the day and year first above written.
