A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONTINUATION CERTIFICATE FOR INTERIM
MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 4387000 FROM SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $102,700.00 FILED WITH THE VILLAGE BY CENTEX HOMES
MIDWEST, INC. TO GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS
ALONG OTHER STREETS IN SECTION 23A EXCEPT FRANKLIN LANE AND
UNION CIRCLE (WINSTON GROVE)
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a continuation certificate for an
Interim Bond in the amount of $102,700.00 expiring on April 6, 1986 (this
bond shall be renewed annually until released) to the Village of Elk Grove
Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois;
SECTION 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
the continuation certificate for Interim Maintenance Bond No. 4387000 for
public improvements along streets in Section 23A (except Franklin Lane and
Union Circle) as shown on plans prepared by Henderson and Bodwell, Consult-
ing Engineers and identified as Plan Number 48-001 to 48-026 dated December
16, 1977, otherwise described as the improvements lying in Winston Grove
Section 23A. (Originally accepted by Resolution No. 55-82 in the amount
of $79,000.00.)
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

therewith shall not be cumulative and that said Surety's aggregate liability under said bond and this and all such Continua-
tion Certificates on account of all defaults committed during the period (regardless of the number of years) said bond has
been and shall be in force, shall not in any event exceed the amount of said bond as hereinbefore set forth.
