RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF VACATION IDENTIFIED AS
PLAT OF VACATION NO. 2, WINSTON GROVE - SECTION 23 B (NO.4)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Vill-age of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du?age, State of Illinois :
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of vacation
identified as Plat of Vacation No. 2, Winston Grove-Sec. 23B (No.4)
being a subdivision in Section(s) 26 , Townshi`_ 41
17orth, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Mer4dian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which -is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2.. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the "Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
