A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 37-84, RESIDENTIAL
SCAVENGER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH GARDEN CITY DISPOSAL
COMPANY, BY INCREASING THE SERVICE CHARGES
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That paragraph II , Service Charge, be and the same is
hereby amended by amending the charges for single family detached residence
within the Village of Elk Grove Village when containers are placed for
pick-up from the parkway abutting such premises from $7.37 per month per
residence to $7.53 per month per residence, effective October 1 , 1985
through September 30, 1987.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
