review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the litigation involving 130 E Devon Avenue. Taft
Law Firm has requested another extension on our motion to dismiss. The judge granted the
extension and the decision will be rendered September 28, 2022.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:46 pm.
