Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on July 19, 2022, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Personnel.

The Mayor informed the Board that he will be meeting with the Police Union on Thursday, July
21 to further discuss the contract extension. There have been a few concerns that have come up
regarding the request for 12-hour shifts. It seems that not all officers are in favor of the longer
hours. The consensus of the Board was to continue negotiations.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:49 pm.
