Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on July 19, 2022, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Personnel.

The Village Board was advised of the upcoming retirements:
• Information Technology Director, Ed May is retiring on December 31, 2022;
• Public Works Traffic Foreman, John Nicholas is retiring on November 11, 2022;
• Fleet Services Administrator, Mike O'Hara is retiring on November 4, 2022;
• Firefighter Patrick McManus is retiring on August 5, 2022;
• Police Records Clerk, Terri Bucher is retiring on August 10, 2022;
• Deputy Police Chief Mike Garrison is retiring on August 26, 2022. Mike Garrison
accepted the position of Deputy Police Chief in South Barrington. Mayor Johnson
informed the Board that Village Manager Roan will not be approving the transfer of
Administrative Specialist Kathy Post from Public Works back to the Police Department.
The meeting was adjourned at 5 : 5 8 pm.
