Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on July 19, 2022, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Personnel.

The Board inquired whether individuals who apply for an open position with the Village receive
an email once the position is filled. Staff advised that Human Resources does notify individuals
who have been contacted by the Village for an interview if they are not selected for the position.
Staff is currently working on improvements to communicate with individuals who applied but
are not invited to interview.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:59 pm.
