Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on July 19, 2022, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Personnel.

This summer, the Village was only able to hire four (4) summer seasonal employees when
previous summers the Village employed fourteen (14).
The Police Department is currently hiring for two (2) School Crossing Guards positions. Village
Manager Roan advised that if the positions are not filled, the Board may need to consider a
contract with Andy Frain. The Board discussed that they prefer to have the positions filled by
Community members. The Board directed staff to advertise the positions on Facebook, the
Electronic Sign, Newsletter, and website.
