Trustee Lissner moved to enter into executive session, seconded by Trustee Franke. The motion
was approved unanimously

Trustee Lissner moved to approve the Executive Session minutes for July 19, 2022. Trustee
Franke seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.
