of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on September 13, 2022, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Village Manager Roan is proposing to reclassify Fleet Services Administrator to Fleet Foreman.
The Fleet Services Administrator salary pay scale ranges from $90,336 to $118,317 and the Fleet
Foreman will be paid at $83,967 to $113,517. The consensus of the Board was to approve the
reclassification and temporarily authorize the continuation of the Fleet Services Administrator, in
addition to the Fleet Foreman position until Mike O'Hara's retirement in November.
