of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on September 13, 2022, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Village Manager Roan is proposing to add a 12th crossing guard as a floater to fill in for
vacancies due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen scheduling conflicts. This would also relieve
Police Officers and Community Service Officers of covering the crossing guard responsibilities
when needed. The consensus of the Committee was to hire a 12th crossing guard.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 pm.
