Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on September 13, 2022, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

The consensus of the Board was to approve the elimination of one Word Processor position in
the Police Department and the addition of a part-time Police Records Technician.
The Board questioned why they were reviewing position changes. The Village Manager advised
this is how historically personnel matters have been reviewed and this process can be re -visited.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:23 pm.
