Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on September 13, 2022, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

One of the two final candidates for the Social Worker Supervisor withdrew their application and
was retained by Rolling Meadows for more money. The position was offered to the remaining
finalist, Brittany Wilson of Buffalo Grove who accepted the position and then backed out to stay
at her position in Buffalo Grove when they offered her additional pay and work from home
flexibility. The position has been offered to Teila DeSarno, who is currently in private practice,
but previously worked for DuPage County. The anticipated start date for Teila is October 10.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:24 pm.
