Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on September 13, 2022, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Community Development Senior Permit Technician Adam Guzik left on September 2, 2022 for a
position in Willowbrook.
Police Records Technician Brittani Barnett left on September 8, 2022 for the same position with
higher pay in Park Forest. With Brittani leaving and the recent retirement of Terry Bucher, the
Village is down two Police Records Technicians.
Police Officer Kelley Sweeny retired from the Police Department on September 10, 2022.
Police Officer Andzielika Tomasiak resigned from her position effective September 13, 2022.
Fire Lieutenant John Kelly is retiring on September 20, 2022.
Public Works Engineering Technician Dave Brandt is retiring on November 4, 2022.
Fire Department Battalion Chief Michael Sharpe will be retiring no later than November 16,
2022.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 pm.
