of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on September 27, 2022, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Board discussed the status of the Elk Grove Woods Shopping Center Redevelopment. The
closing for the Shell Gas Station will take place on Thursday, September 29. The bricks from the
demolition of the Elk Grove Bowl will be sold for $5. Proceeds will benefit EGV Cares. Mayor
Johnson will announce the sale at the next Village Board meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:48 pm.
