consider review of Land Acquisition.

Prime Data Center has pushed back the closing date on the Vulcan Property to December, which
was previously scheduled for October 28, 2022. This creates a tenuous situation for the Village,
which has earnest money pending.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:41 pm.
